What's the difference between Support and Advisory?

HR Support is document-centric — we help you choose, tailor and apply documents from the library, including walking you through processes like investigations or terminations.

HR Advisory goes further — we advise on the situations themselves, not just the documents. It's the closest thing to having an internal HR manager on email.

Who actually answers my emails?

Senior HR and IR consultants — experienced practitioners, not the entry-level grads other providers put on the front line. The same people you read about on our team page are the ones reviewing your documents and replying to your questions.

Are the templates Fair Work compliant?

Yes. Every template is drafted in line with the Fair Work Act 2009, the National Employment Standards, and relevant Australian legislation. We update templates whenever the law changes and notify all members.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes — change your membership anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no lock-in contracts, cancel from your dashboard anytime.

Monthly memberships stop at the end of your current billing month.

Yearly memberships are billed upfront for 12 months. If you cancel partway through, access continues until the paid period ends. No refunds for unused months.

What if I just want one specific document?

HR Automate is built around full library access rather than one-off purchases. With Essentials starting from a low monthly cost, most members find it more affordable to subscribe for a month or two and download everything they need — plus they get the case law database and weekly updates included.

Do I need a separate account for each business?

Yes, memberships are per-business. If you operate multiple businesses, each one needs its own membership so the documents are correctly branded and stored separately. Get in touch for multi-business pricing.

How do the one-on-one consults work?

For matters that go beyond email — investigations, meetings, custom drafting, representation — you can book a one-on-one consult with a senior consultant on a fee-for-service basis. Members get a discounted rate on standard fees.
